Your coach arrives at your home, garden, or preferred space with everything needed. No gym membership. No commute. No wasted time. Just the session.

3. Or train at our partner gyms

Prefer a gym environment? We have access to partner facilities across Hertfordshire. Same coach, same standard, different setting. Your choice, every session.

4. Progress with purpose

Every session is structured, documented, and built on what came before. We track your progress, adapt your programme, and hold ourselves to a higher standard, because dignity is not performance-based.

1 hour session - £120

30 minute session - £60

Discounts available with block bookings of 10 sessions

Block bookings of 10 sessions receive a discounted rate - and for every 10 sessions booked, CAIRO donates one session to a partner charity supporting children with special needs, individuals with disabilities, and vulnerable communities.
