CAIRO personal training sessions are coaching-led and purposeful. Every session has a reason. Every exercise has an intention. We don't fill time - we use it.
Sessions are built around general fitness and health as a foundation, with programming that develops strength, movement quality, cardiovascular conditioning, and the kind of physical resilience that makes everyday life feel easier.
We track progress, we adjust when needed, and we tell you the truth - about what's working, what isn't, and what needs to change. You will not leave a CAIRO session without knowing exactly where you stand and what comes next.

For Kids
Young people benefit enormously from one-to-one coaching. The individual attention, the structured environment, and the relationship with a coach who takes their development seriously can have an impact that extends well beyond physical fitness.
CAIRO junior personal training is age-appropriate, safe, and built around genuine development - coordination, movement quality, confidence, and the foundations of a healthy relationship with exercise that will serve them for life.
We work at their pace. We make it worthwhile. And we never treat it as anything less than the serious coaching it is.
For Adults
Whether you're starting from scratch, rebuilding after a long break, or simply looking for a more structured and accountable approach to your health - CAIRO personal training is built to meet you where you are.
There's no ideal client. No prerequisite fitness level. No body type we're designed for. The standard of coaching is the same regardless of where you're starting from, and the goal is always the same: a stronger, healthier, more capable version of you - built to last, not to impress.
CAIRO 121 sessions run out of partner gyms in Kings Langley and Hoddesdon, with St Albans and more coming soon.

For Kids (under 13)
1 hour session - £40
30 minute session - £25
Discounts available with block bookings of 10 sessions
For Adults
1 hour session - £60

Discounts available with block bookings of 10 sessions
Block bookings of 10 sessions receive a discounted rate - and for every 10 sessions booked, CAIRO donates one session to a partner charity supporting children with special needs, individuals with disabilities, and vulnerable communities.
Your commitment to your own training funds someone else's access to it.

Personal training sessions with CAIRO are holistic: physical training, mental health awareness, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle habits are all part of the conversation. We meet you where you are and work with you to build you to where you want to be.

We do not operate a self-serve booking system for new clients - every new coaching relationship begins with a proper introduction. This allows us to match you correctly and ensure the experience is right from session one.

CAIRO actively supports people with disabilities, those rebuilding after injury or setbacks, elderly individuals, and those with specific health needs. Elite-level care is not reserved for elite athletes. If we are not the right fit for your specific situation, we will be honest about that and help direct you to the right professional- your wellbeing matters more than retaining you as a client.

Sessions are held across a network of vetted training environments or your home, suited to each coach and client pairing. We do not operate a single fixed gym. Once you are matched with a coach, your training location is confirmed as part of the onboarding process.
