The health and fitness industry is built on access. But access isn't equal - and the people who stand to benefit most from movement, coaching, and structured physical activity are often the ones least likely to receive it.

That's something we're not willing to ignore.

Giving back


Giving back isn't an afterthought at CAIRO. It's built into how we operate.

For every 10 sessions booked in a block, we donate one session to a charity partner. For every workshop we run, we donate an equivalent session to a group that needs it. No fanfare. No campaign. Just a commitment we hold ourselves to consistently and measurably.

The people on the receiving end of those sessions are the ones the industry tends to overlook — children with additional needs, individuals with disabilities, those in care, and communities that rarely see this kind of investment in their wellbeing.

They deserve the same standard of coaching as anyone else. That's what they get.

How it works


Each month we shine a light on one organisation whose work aligns with our values. Not as a marketing exercise - but because visibility matters, and because the people these charities serve deserve to be seen.
